The first ripened tomato. After work tomorrow, I will pick up the bread. I'm expecting at least 2 sandwiches out of this bad boy!!!
This is Peter. He is my gardening buddy. I was watering my plants one day after work and he appeared in my backyard. I don't know if he's a stray or not but he has made himself quite comfortable on the premises. I am sure that me and Jen occasionally feeding him and bringing him a bowl of ice cold water has nothing to do with it. I have made it clear to Peter that we already own 3 cats and have no room for another any time soon. BTW, I named him Peter because after meeting me for the first time he commenced to sit on my top steps and lick his 'peter' for what had to be 3 minutes long. Anyway, back to the garden updates:

Yeah, and this is why I have to garden off my back steps. There's no grass in the backyard. It's all ivy and bushes and looks like a friggin jungle. I guess the landlord doesn't want to mess around with mowing:
Doesn't the title say it all?????
